Umar Ibrahim, recognized a need for a contracting company that specializes in restaurant remodels. 3-I General Contractors was started in 2007 as an answer to that need. Our goal at the time was to be a major restaurant remodel contractor for fast food concepts. Spearheading the company, Umar's background in engineering has brought structure and organization. Our job supervisor has over 25 years in the building trade, and with his expertise and the use of local subcontractors, we have successfully completed several jobs in the area and as far north as Central Oklahoma.

In 2010 we saw a need for HVAC and Refrigeration repairs and installations for the restaurant industry by people who understand the industry. We obtained our HVAC and Refrigeration license in the state of Texas, acquired licensed technicians and put our vans on the road. We have serviced major fast food restaurant chains in the metroplex.

We have not limited ourselves to commercial only and are currently a service provider to Choice Home Warranty. We also are building a client base of home owners.
